Presently it has machine tools shop, carpentry
shop, Forging Shop, Fitting Shop, Welding Shop
and Sheet Metal Shop. It has services of highly
experienced staff from the industries and reputed
teaching institutions.
The institute is in process of procuring precision
machine tools, TIG and MIG welding machine,
numerically controlled machines precision lathes
so that the students can use the workshop for
the development of proto type models and work
for design and development of new equipments.
LDC is in the process of developing calibration,
testing and manufacturing facility to a level
that the neighboring industries may utilize
these facilities for their products
